Hello, my name is Sidika, and I am a Carribean, queer identified, spiritual therapist. I offer an online based service which allows me to work with a large range of clients in Tio’Tia:ke / Montreal.

I have success in working with marginalized communities by co-creating an affirming space where trust and safety are established as a baseline. I work with People of Color around addressing: sexual abuse, borderline personality disorder, autism, adhd, depression, work-life balance, family of origin concerns, generational barriers, LGBTQ+ concerns, and dispelling the myth that mental health is not important within said communities.

I often blend spiritual practices such as tarot and energy reading into a therapeutic sessions if required though they can be offered separately as well. Of course this is by discretion and consent with each client. It is important for me to state that you are not responsible for all of the hurt that has happened to you or all of the obstacles in your path, but you have the power to choose what happens next. You don't have to do it alone. We all could use a self growth partner from time to time. I am here to be a partner on your journey of self-growth, self-discovery, and self-transformation.
