Kay Thellot

 

A practicing Manbo Asongwe of Vodou Ayisyen with a Masters in Counselling Psychology, Kay Thellot is currently a practicing Ethnotherapist and founder of Prensip Minokan. Prensip Minokan is a mental health resource whose vocation reaches for Black liberation. Based in Montreal, Kay offers therapy and workshops set in community, artistic and spiritual spaces, both in person and virtually. Prensip Minokan operates through an empowerment lens geared towards uplifting Traditional African and Afro-diasporic knowledge and methods as an identity-affirming path for re-indigenizing wellness and healing.
