SPECIALTY / SERVICES: Holistic bodywork, aka massage therapy based in ancestral eastern medicine. My specialty is shiatsu, a Japanese form of massage that focuses on mind/body/ spirit balance&release-includes a lot of trigger points and stretches (done on futon with clothes on). But I also offer swedish/deep tissue, champi indian head massage, pre-natal and I can blend styles. Depending on the individual's needs, some sessions are catered more to the physical needs(ex: back pain, sciatica, general soreness,etc),others are more energetic(release of stagnant energy,bring awareness,etc) and some are a blend of both. Either way, my aim is to offer a space for profound rest and care.

Other than holistic bodywork, I am also an artist(music,dance,dj) and community organizer. I plan to eventually blend my practices by offering 1 on 1 sessions & group workshops that tie in massage with dance/movement and music/sound therapy.
