Meditation and mindfulness practices saved my life. I suffered from severe panic attacks since the age of seven up until I discovered meditation at the age of 16. Based on this self knowledge I am confident I can help people become better acquainted with meditation and how to use it in every moment of their lives. I am currently helping many people over Instagram with tarot card readings and from the feedback I’ve been getting, my readings always come out very accurate and provide the querent with clarity, a sense of peace and a positive outlook for their current situation and the future.
